How come I get an “over-quota” error when trying to delete e-mail in the web-mail?
This happens when your mailbox is full or almost full. The next time you are back in your web-mail account… Click on the Options link located near the top of the page. Click on the Folder Preferences link. In the Trash Folder section, drop down that list and select [Do not use Trash]. Click the Submit button. Now, go back to the Inbox and delete those messages.
