How come I didn receive an e-mail response after writing to CCC?
We at CCC take great pride in personally responding to member e-mails within a 24 hour period–even if it is merely to say that we’re looking into the issue brought to our attention. Members are urged to check their spam folder as the most likely destination of our response.
