how come chibi trunks and future truns s personality are so different ?
Answer The reason their personalities are different is because of the different worlds that they grew up in. Future Trunks grew up in fear in a world destroyed by the Androids, which is why he was more serious, calm, and humble. Kid Trunks was growing up after Cell had been beaten, so it was basically opposite of Future Trunks’ world. He had plenty of freedom, and didn’t grow up in despair like Future Trunks, which is why he was more carefree, hyper, and somewhat vulgar. However, since they are the same bieng, you can see a pretty large resemblance in personalities between Future Trunks and Adult Trunks at the end of DBZ and in GT. Plus we don’t really have any way of knowing anything about the way Future Trunks was as a kid, although I’m sure it wasn’t as eccentric as Kid Trunks since Future Trunks grew up in a broken world. But as adults, both Future Trunks and Present Trunks seem to have the same demeanor. Thanks for the good question!
