How come animal activist recommend Soy protein for body building.. but not recommended from meat eaters?
Because animal activists care more about protecting dumb ugly cows than promoting your health. Soy protein contains huge quantities of phytoestrogens; and is not a high quality protein to begin with. It’s not bad as one component of a complete diet, but is a bad choice as a sole or primary protein source. That, and too much soy protein gives you man boobs.
