How come all of the information I input into the allergy and medical conditions fields does not appear on the ID Card and Key Chain reports?
There is limited space available on the ID Card and ID Key Chain reports. For the ID Card each item on the back will hold 2 lines of text. So make sure the critical information is first. Also the text in the Drug Allergies and Allergy fields are combined on the reports. For the ID Key Chain report there is space for 3 lines of text for each of the two selected fields.
