How come a large majority of celebrity deaths are caused from drugs?
I wouldn’t say the majority of celebrities die from drug overdoses, but quite a bit of them do. Part of it is probably because most people that are addicted to heroin are going to die from it. And since the most people who do heroin are either poor people who spend all their money on it, or rich people who make lots of money despite being on drugs, the only people you hear about are the famous people who OD. Drugs have become a major part of the celebrity lifestyle (especially rock stars). People who become famous will sometimes have trouble couping with the sudden fame and turn to drugs. Others simply meet lots of new people and start going to parties that involve lots of drugs. But definitely not the majority of celebrity deaths are drug related.
