How cold is the atmosphere of Mars?
Mars has very thin atmosphere compsed of about 95% Co2. This atmosphere doesn’t trap much heat from the sun, so Mars has an average temperature of around -80 degrees F. You can’t compare the moon’s atmosphere, because it doesn’t have one! As a result, the temperatures vary quite a bit. In the dark, it reaches around -380 Fahrenheit. In the sun light, it reaches around 250 Fahrenheit.
