How cold does it really get in Madison?
Well, according to Weather.com, there is only one month in the year (January) when the average high temperature is below freezing. Sure, most winters include one spell of possibly intolerable cold temperatures, but for the rest of the winter, we enjoy wearing our winter clothes, admiring the winter scenery, and making the most of winter activities. Snow not only comes in useful for a variety of winter sports but also has other uses too!
