How close should the WarmTouch® be to cabinetry and other fixed items?
WarmTouch® should be installed within an inch of the cabinet base in order to avoid “cold toes”. It should never be installed under items that are fixed to the floor or that sit flush with the floor surface. This will trap the heat, warm the flooring surface to excessive temperatures, and potentially affect the life of the floor-warming system.
