How close is Mint Apartments to the town centre?

Mint Apartments is in a perfect location for amenities. We are right in the city centre yet removed from the noise of the clubs and pubs. Holburn Street is a main entry from the south onto Union Street (Aberdeen’s main shopping area). It takes 5mins to walk to Holburn Junction at the top end of Union Street and about 1min by bus.
