Distance from any part of a tank storing Class I liquids (gasoline) to the nearest wall on any basement shall be not less than one (1) foot and to any property line that can be built upon, not less than three (3) feet. The distance for Class II and Class III liquids (diesel, oils) is not less than one (1) foot from a basement, wall or property line.
