It kind of depends on what kind of computer you have and what type of interface your are planning on using. I’m assuming this is for a Windows PC, since most Macs have been delivered with ethernet for a while now. If you are running Linux, Unix or something else, you’ll probably need to check with what drivers are available for what hardware and then make your best deal – probably online. You also need to consider the speed you need. 10/100 Mbps is pretty common for wired, although 10 Mbps will ususally be good enough and cheaper. You also need to consider if you want wired or wireless. The later will cost more. I have had good luck with D-Link and Linksys wireless. Wireless speeds include B and G. B will be cheaper.
