The recommended way to wash a Barbie Dolls hair is to use baby shampoo and baby conditioner. Johnson and Johnson products work great. Shampoo like you would wash a normal head of hair, using a tiny amount of shampoo (remember Barbie does not have a lot of hair). Rinse the hair with lukewarm water (not hot water) and then lay the Barbie flat on her stomach to dry, so that her hair is face up, flip the doll when the back is dry to dry the front.
