How can you tell when a beggar is not legitimately as destitute or hungry as he/she claims?
I agree, normally they are gonna be by a store, fast fod restaurant and or a gas station. If they ask for spare change, ask them what is it for, some won’t lie and they will say that it is for booze, and some will say that it is for food, if you are near some where that sells food, tell the peson who is begging ” come on, let me get you something to eat” if they refuse, this means that the money was being collected to for something els, because If a hungry person just ate, they would still tIe the opportunity and take what you are offering and save it for a later time.
