How can you tell the difference between leaking amniotic fluid and urine? 31 weeks?
first of all congrats on your pregnancy im a mother of 6 i had the same problem and its more han likely urine from pressure from your baby when i went to the midwife she said a easy way to tell if its amniotic fluid is go to the loo empty your bladder put a sanitary towel in your pants lay on your bed or half hour to a hour get up and if you leak on to your pad and its clear and doesn’t smell of urine then it could be amniotic fluid because the Fluid collects in your vagina and then leaks out and its unlike to be urine as your bladder was emptied in the case go to the midwife and she should arrange a scan so they can check the amount of fluid and then rescan you in a week or so to re check the fluid amount then they will be able to tell i hope this helps a bit and i wish you a safe and happy delivery x
