How can you tell the difference between a 1997 Ford Mustang GT, and a 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra. A: The hood has to 2 scoops that make it resemble a cobra head, if it has stock rims those are different too. Most have SVT badging and the rear bumper says Cobra. Some have little cobra decals on the front fenders.
