How can you preserve fresh green chillies?
Wash the chillies then slice them. Next, marinate it with salt for two to three days. After that, wash the chillies again and then soak it in a marinade of distilled white vinegar. You can eat the chillies with meals such as noodles or with other dishes to give it that spiciness with that slight tang. If you are one of the people who enjoy hot stuffs, you might even eat it on its own. If you want to preserve it longer, put the bottle in the fridge(not freezer).
