For an elemental tiara (or one specific to runecrafting) you’ll need a blank tiara. You can make one with crafting, but you can buy one for around 50gp on the grand exchange. Once you’ve got the tiara, you’ll also need a talisman of the respective rune. Take this, the tiara, and any essence you want to craft, and go to the necessary altar. WARNING: you WILL need to raise your runecrafting level to the requirement to make the runes (refer to the guide in game if you’re unsure). To make money, it’s best to make air runes (and not tiaras). Once you hit level 44 (I think) you’ll start to make a profit if you buy the ess as opposed to mining. Furthermore, airs sell instantly so you aren’t waiting for days – unlike with fire runes.
