At BefreeForMe our intent is to make sure that our recipes are free of the allergens noted and are safe for those inflicted by that allergen to eat. However, like any situation you are in or item you purchase, it is imperative that each and every ingredient for every single recipe or meal be examined for the detection of any specific allergen. It is each member’s personal responsibility to make sure that any recipe or product is safe for those inflicted with food allergies or intolerances to eat.
