How can you get the red tear stains off of a white dog (maltese)?
there is alot of different product you can buy to get ridf of them, just google it and heaps will pop u, u might even try your local pet store and im sure they could recomend a good one, also there is a few other factors which can affect why ur dog gets them in the first place, a main cause is the red yeast bacteria that will grow on ur pup and therefor cause the stains. Putting a teaspoon of natural apple cider vinegar per quart of water in your dog’s water bowl can clear up most active yeast infections and prevent future infections, that way u will not be forever wiping them away, also if you can try to make sure ur pup keeps it head away from water, such as sprinklers, swimming etc, becuase the excess water can also cause the bacteria to grow, hope this has helped in some way = ) good luck.
