Ok you can not get a shiny mew or regular mew on pokemon diamond or pearl without transferring it from ruby, saphire, emerald, leaf green or fire red!!!!!! But you even cant get a mew without cheats on that game either the only way to get a shiny mew is to request it on global wide trading!!!!!
