If you have checked all the diffusers and aerators in the house to make sure none of them are clogged with rust or lime particles, then there very well may be nothing more you can do to get better pressure, except to complain to the municipality that’s responsible for supplying the water. I hear about our local city water pressure being just one of the many problems they have on a regular basis.

I’d see about getting a booster pump(well pump on the incoming line) as long as you can set a max pressure
