How can you find out what vaccinations you have that are current?

I’m traveling to mainly South Africa and I wanted to see what shots or vaccinations I needed.
It looks like the WHO and CDC recommend the following:

Vaccinations for South Africa:

  • hepatitis A
  • hepatitis B
  • typhoid
  • yellow fever
  • rabies
  • meningitis
  • polio
  • measles
  • mumps and rubella (MMR)
  • Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis)
  • chickenpox
  • shingles
  • pneumonia
  • influenza

How do I find out if I’m current on all of these vaccinations?

What is your question?
