gfr is the net results of the balance between hydrostatic pressures &colloid osmotic pressures of intra vascular compartment & within the Bowman’s capsule,where the net pressure gradient is towards filtration.i.e. “Net filtration pressure”.Any method which will reduce this net filtration pressure will reduce GFR.
