How can you clain charges back from kays and littlewoods ?
You have a contract with the Catalogue firm. If the charges are set out in your contract, they are entitled to make them. If they are not, or they are unreasonable, you can ask them to pay them back. The first thing to do is WRITE (never bother with phone calls or emails – you’ll get a standard reply which is always no) to the company setting out why you think the charges are incorrect or unreasonable and asking fro a refund. If you’re not happy with the reply, you can take them to the County Court – but don’t do it if you’re unsure of the facts.
