I just completed a research paper on motivation for an Organizational Behaviour class. Here is an excerpt from part of my paper: “Maslow’s theory is widely recognized in today’s business world, especially with managers. It is so acceptable because it is easy to understand, and it makes sense. Then again, there is little research to validate the theory.
