How can we stop farmers who grow genetically engineered food from receiving government subsidies?
Did you know that Banana’s, Seedless grapes, Seedless Watermelons, Many varieties of apples, are all genetically engineered food?.just to name a few…about half of all fruits,and vegetables sold in stores are…over the years they have been crossed with something else to make them more people friendly or taste better. So even if you eat “organic” it is still genetically engineered food. So to answer your question yes…otherwise very little farm subsidies would ever be handed out.
