How can we solve poverty? Will the Economic Bailout help?
The world will never solve poverty because it is a relative term.If at its lowest level of the provision of basic medical care, clean water, education and a decent diet then that probably could be achieved very quickly providing that every country subscribed to that aim.War and natural disasters also play a part. The economic bailout is an emergency act and not intended to address poverty per se rather to prevent further decline and hopefully start to address recovery.
First of all programs that directly help the poor should be put into place.The fund should be in the billions as well for it will take a lot of money to help.There should be free training and education so the poor can earn decent wages,at least $10 per hour minimum.There should be free or very cheap daycare so they can go to work.Too many people are having to work 2 or 3 jobs for the minimum wage is way too low.
