How can we set a trap to capture our escaped corn snake?

Most people have got the idea here: heat! Sometimes a snake will get out in our store and we always find them in the same place–in a warm little room with the space heater. I wouldn’t assume he is in the same room. You’d be surprised what a snake can find its way through. Check anywhere warm–utility rooms, closets, near radiators, anything you can think of. You can also try setting up a warm place to try and catch him. Lay a human electric blanket out on the floor and leave it turned on and check on it every hour or so. If you have a space heater, plug that in too. You can also leave his tank on the floor with the lid off and the heat source on. I’d also turn the heat down/turn the air conditioning up. Your snake is going to seek warm places, so if the house is cold, this limits his choices of comfortable areas.
