Depends on how the carbon dioxide is being produced. Easiest way is to outsource the process that produces the most carbon dioxide. If out sourcing of the process is not possible then it might be possible to create a shell company to produce the required products. Maybe in another state or location where carbon dioxide emission laws are less. Or you can lay off people to cut costs then use the extra resources to improve equipment and allow for increase process costs. **************** I should say that i am replying from experience in America.What little manufacturing we have left does a good job at controlling emission. The best way to reduce carbon globally is to help Mexico,most of the Asia and within the next twenty years Africa. These counties are using out dated equipment and have poor or non-enforced emission laws.
