After a patron submits a question, QuestionPoint displays an acknowledgement page. Your institution administrator can add a link to your patron question form on this page by specifying the location of the question form at Administration > Institution > Settings > Question Form. The administrator can customize the acknowledgement page at Administration > Institution > Settings > Custom Messages.
