How can we have confidence that the FWGs are truly representative? For example, will it just be HR looking after HR?
A – There are opportunities for real engagement with the groups. There is room for input from all areas of the Uni into each FWG. Q – I’m concerned about the Uni’s ability to innovate. Will reviews generate at ‘one size fits all’ solution? I don’t want to lose existing innovations. A – There are checks and balances in the design phase to safeguard against this. There will be a separate curriculum review which will cover and teaching and learning so that innovations in this area should be captured and reviewed on their merits. We will look ‘outside the box’.
