How can we get Channel 00 to work on our RCA TV?

Not all TV’s Have channel 00. if they do it is ment as an alternative input (usually RCA’s(not the brand but the plug type red white and yellow) But some tvs allow you to access this alternative video input by hitting the appropiate button( usually “input” but if you lost the remote you can usually find the option in the menu) but not all TVs have an alternative many small tvs just have the coaxil input (cable). I hope this answers your question, if you had an old TV that had 00 and now you wanna know how to do it, try looking for an input or select button but first look in the back of the tv to see if an alternative input is possible.
