How can we equip missional communities for evangelism?
Our church-wide summer leadership classes will (among other things) train leaders to help the people in their missional communities be people of influence. In the future, we will be providing specific training for the advocate of discipleship in each community. This training will provide vision and equipping on evangelism in our context (an important element of discipleship) and is intended to be passed on to the community in which that advocate is participating. The truth is that many of us do not need more training in evangelism; we need more obedience.
