An Estate Surveyor and Valuer is one that has the professional and academic training and is certified by the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers to practice Estate Surveying and Valuation profession anywhere in Nigeria backed up with a decree in the land whilst a Quack is not recognized by the decree and the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
