There are two ways to change the clanleader. The most common way is for the clanleader to assign a new clanleader, using the ‘IL(‘clanleader’,’Admin’,”)’ link in the toolbar. In case the clanleader is unable to do this the other clanmembers can use IL(‘newcl’,’this new clanleader voting page’,”). The vote can only be started if the clanleader hasn’t logged on to ClanBase for at least three months. When at least three members have voted for the new clanleader, the old clanleader gets a notification and has seven days to cancel the vote. If he doesn’t cancel the vote the new clanleader is automatically assigned.
