Since the customer’s Gatekeeper initiates the connection to the SecureLink VSN™ server from inside their network out to the vendor’s SecureLink VSN™ server, there’s never a need to open a hole in a firewall. If the customer has any connectivity to the internet, the customer can use SecureLink VSN™.
