How can therapy help build better communication skills?
Therapists are trained to help both children and adults build healthier communication patterns. It may feel awkward in the beginning and you may have difficulty remembering to use the new skills. The therapists will help you and the family get through the difficult times, help you remember to use the new skills and help you set limits and boundaries that children will listen to. Parent-Child Center is proud to announce our 31st anniversary serving all of Palm Beach County’s mental health needs. For more information about therapy or to start mental health services, please contact Parent-Child Center, 561-841-3500 X 1034, Luisa Sanchez.
