How can the upper class youth be engaged to create a social change in a society ?
My question and concern is to know IF you engage a part of society in my hypothesis it the Upper class of a society, IF the can create social change. A lot of societies the Youth of the Upper class are not involved in any social change programs or organizations. I also believe that “the poor” are capable to guide themselves. However if the Upper class controls a lot of the infrastructures in developing countries i wonder if they can make a bigger change in society.
