Spouses may apply via the Initial Student Florida Financial Aid Application online at www.FloridaStudentFinancialAid.org. Select State Grants, Scholarships & Applications and then Apply Here. The Florida Department of Veterans Affairs will then certify the applicants eligibility. The Florida Department of Education, Office of Student Financial Assistance may accept late applications, from children and spouses, in a first-come, first-served order to fund as many eligible applicants as the appropriation allows.
