Employers may view all pending job seekers’ applications under their accounts via the “Job Applications” section. Also, WeGiveJobs.com will implement an alert system where the site will send an automated email every time a new applicant has applied for a job. The alert system may be turned on and off later on in the “Privacy Settings” section.
