How can the September 30 School Membership data be submitted?
The ONLY acceptable formats are: • E-Mail or Diskette: This is the preferred submission format. A copy of the ASCII file layout is available from L. Ande Johnson, M.I.S., (804) 225-2947. Please ensure that the information on the school checklist is correct before submitting electronic School Membership data. • FORM SA.097 – Table I: Copies of the form, pre-printed with individual school information for those schools authorized to report membership, were included with the Superintendent’s memo. You must use these pre-printed forms. Should there be a change which allows other schools to report membership, or if there is a new school for which we have not pre-printed a matrix, please prepare that report on a blank form. • TSS/TESS REPORT 585 – “Report of Fall Membership”: School divisions using the VASIMS/COLUMBIA (release 7.0v) software may utilize report 585 – “Report of Fall Membership”.
