How can the public contact and seek more information from the EBRD? The public is welcome to complete the information request web forms, available in Russian and English. 3. How can the public exchange views with the EBRD? The public affected by or interested in the Bank’s operations is encouraged to participate in an ongoing dialogue with the EBRD. The relevant stakeholders are invited to send written views and comments on the Bank’s country strategies, major policies and project
