How can the public complain to the EBRD?
The Appeals Mechanism If a response to a request for information was not satisfactory, the public and civil society can complain to the Secretary General via email at SecretaryGeneral@ebrd.com. For more information visit: www.ebrd.com/about/policies/pip/requests. The Independent Recourse Mechanism (IRM) The IRM gives local groups, which may be directly and adversely affected by an EBRD project, a means of raising complaints or grievances with the Bank, independently from banking operations. Local groups can complain to the Chief Compliance Officer via email at irm@ebrd.com. For more information visit the IRM pages.
