How can the process incorporate existing research?
In our experience, we have been able to consolidate many existing research programs into one, resulting in considerable savings to our clients through reducing their total research budgets. For most of ROI’s long-term clients, in fact, we have been able to incorporate many individual research initiatives into one comprehensive work, providing a much richer, fully integrated marketing database. ROI’s software permits many hundreds of questions to be included in the survey database, so other client research initiatives can usually be incorporated in their entirety – as a subset within the larger ROI questionnaire. Obviously, we incorporate useful questions from prior customer and consumer surveys verbatim, so appropriate comparisons can be drawn.
