The volume setting was set to position 1 for both Multipettes. 48 dispensing steps (measuring values) were given for the Multipette and 50 for the Multipette plus. Testing can be carried out with any Combitip size. Information on testing and the limits of the ISO 8655 are also found in the SOP for Liquid Handling.
