How can the linked bank account be changed on a Business Optimiser?
To change your nominated linked business bank account: • Log onto Online Banking using your Client Number and Access Code, select ‘Business Details’ from the menu, then select ‘Forms’ and download the Direct Debit Request Form OR • Alternatively, call us on 133 464 to have a Direct Debit Request Form sent to you. Once you have completed the form and all Authorised Users have signed it, please mail it to us with an original encoded deposit slip from the new nominated linked business bank account to: In Australia Overseas Business Optimiser and DIY Super ING DIRECT Reply Paid 3858 Sydney NSW 2001 ING DIRECT GPO Box 3858 Sydney NSW 2001 Australia Please note that if you have not provided us with an encoded deposit slip or a cheque drawn from your current nominated bank account, you will need to do so with this change.
