How can the images taken for the CropCam be integrated into my GIS?

Although the imagery that comes out of the CropCam are not currently automatically georeferenced they can easily be implemented into a GIS. Currently for implementation into a GIS users are following this process: • Images are transferred from the CropCam and ran through an automated image stitching program such as PtGUI (http://www.ptgui.com/), AutoStitch (www.cs.ubc.ca/~mbrown/autostitch/autostitch.html), or AutoPano Pro (http://www.autopano.net/). This will take all of the images stitch them into one seamless, ungeoregistered image. This one ungeoregistered image is georeferenced using the image processing software package of the users choice.
