How can the hirer make a complaint once the rental is over?

Please note that Sixt Holiday Cars act in partnership with internationally based car rental businesses, Sixt rent a car franchisees and other Sixt partners and may be required to refer to them in order to fully investigate any issues raised. We aim to resolve general queries and complaints within 2 weeks and damage queries within one month but this is dependant on the conditions of the claim and the information received from all parties (allowing for a recognised period of time for all parties to respond).
