How can the government justify this total waste of money on a ghost bus?
A spokesman from the Department for Transportation made this statement today : Your government is trying to provide a transportation service for a long forgotten and undervalued section of the community. Apparitions, or to use the politically correct term “The physically absent”, have been contacting the Ministry of Mediums and Psychics in recent years and screaming out, or in some cases just screaming eerily, asking for a bus service specifically for those of a less substantial nature and we felt we had an obligation to provide one. The physically absent have paid their taxes during life and we believe it is only right that we should provide them with a quick, free transportation network and will be building on this pioneering service in the future.
